Three Year Olds, 118 Lbs.; Older, 122 Lbs. Non-winners Of A Race At One Mile Or Over Since July 3 Allowed 2 Lbs. (Claiming Races Not Considered In Allowances). One And One Sixteenth Miles. (Turf)

There are 11 horses in the race, but one is a Main Track Only (MTO), so if it doesn’t rain we’ll have a 10 horse or fewer field.

Sassy is currently the 6 horse, but since the MTO horse will scratch I suppose she’ll be coming out of the 5 slot.

The race is a 16th of a mile longer than the last one (1 mile and a 16th), and we’re hoping that Sassy is a little fitter for the distance after her last race. She had an easy 4F workout yesterday (Tuesday) to tighten her up, and she seems to be in fine form.

The weather is not looking promising, so please do a “no rain dance” and we’ll all hope that the forecast improves as we get closer to race day.
