Sassy is training well and she will be working tomorrow in preparation for her race the following Thursday, June 26th.

She has been very strong in training, and she’s become a bit hard for the riders to hold back. She is fine when she is alone, but in company she’s insisting on being ahead and she does little run-offs to make sure she stays ahead. She does come back to the riders once she’s gotten ahead, but she really drags them around when she’s behind! Let’s hope she remembers that spirit next week!

As always, we will enter but we don’t know if we’ll get in or not. We hope so, and we have preference as a PA bred, so that will help. And let’s all hope that it doesn’t rain!
